Mano has a focus on commercial cases involving contractual disputes, trade practices claims, warranties and directors duties.
She has advised and represented listed and unlisted resources companies, lenders and directors.
She recently settled a complex dispute involving the payment of $49 million and the acquisition of a large parcel of land (including limited and qualified titles).
Mano is motivated by challenging litigation and enjoys being part of an innovative culture.
- acted for the former manager of Australian singer Cosima de Vito, who was awarded damages for breach of a management contract (CN Presents Pty Ltd v De Vito  NSWSC 388);
- instructed senior counsel in a mediation before a former High Court Judge which resulted in the settlement of a complex and protracted Supreme Court Commercial List case; and
- assisted in the negotiation of a joint venture arrangement for a foreign bauxite mine.
Mano was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and has had a diverse litigation practice.
